MIDWEEK CLASSES
Beginning Wednesday, January 10, 2024
An excellent way to deepen your walk with Christ is to be part of our MIDWEEK Discipleship Ministry. During the school year (August—May), a wide variety of Bible studies are provided for adults on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED These studies cover a wide gamut of topics and can range from four weeks up to twelve or so weeks in duration.

6pm - ALL ADULTS
LIFE with KIDS– This ongoing group is designed primarily to offer those with kids a weekly dose of encouragement and insight. A variety of topics will be discussed – parenting issues, relationship issues, keeping your family spiritually strong, etc. You do not have to tackle this season of life alone...come join the fun.

Hesed- The Untranslatable Word Defining the Inexpressible Love of God
Scripture uses the Hebrew word hesed to describe the distinctiveness of God’s character. It is so rich in meaning that it cannot be translated into a single word or phrase in English. God's character is revealed as he interacts with David, Moses, Ruth and others. Then we will see how the fullness of hesed comes in the incarnation of Christ. Join me as we follow the God of hesed and truly learn to be a people of love beyond words. This is a life changing study.

Pastor Daniel’s Bible Study
In Exodus we witness God beginning to fulfill His promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Though the children of Israel were enslaved in a foreign land, God miraculously and dramatically delivered them to freedom. God reveals himself to his chosen people. This book helps us understand the entire Bible's message of redemption.

The Bible is the Word of Life—and learning to understand it is crucial to the growth of every believer! The Bible certainly can be an intimidating book to understand. But, with the help of the Holy Spirit and some practical study tools, you can learn how to mine the riches of the Bible that can be directly applied to everyday life. Come meet Darren Boyd, one of our newer teachers, and get ready for a class that will give you all you need to help you understand this most miraculous and marvelous book

What comes to mind when you think of the word “Faith?” Assurance? Hope? Confidence? These things are all connected to faith, but faith, unconnected to a source, is wishful thinking. In this study we will learn how to grow in our faith in the God who can move mountains, and for that, we need to connect our faith to the One who can do abundantly more than what we could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Jesus told us that we could have this faith in God. He encouraged us to walk in it, knowing the power source is critical.
